Neighborhood Partnerships will offer a full refund on registration tickets for cancellation until August 30, 2024. From September 1 to October 4, we will offer a 50% refund. Beginning October 5th, we are unable to provide any refunds on registration tickets. In the event of conference cancellation, you will receive a full refund of your purchase.
Read this carefully: Upon registration check-out, you will receive a request from FanShield to insure your tickets. Please note that this is an optional service by a third-party agency and is not affiliated with Neighborhood Partnerships. We also ask that you read Neighborhood Partnerships' refund policy above. You will already receive a refund for your ticket if the event cancels, thus you do not need to purchase insurance if this is your concern.

At this time, we are not requiring proof of vaccination or masks to attend the conference. We strongly encourage those who can get vaccinated to do so for your safety and the safety of others. If you feel more comfortable wearing a mask, we encourage you to do so. Many folks are still choosing to wear masks, so it's likely you will not be the only one in a mask. We support you taking whatever precautions feel right to you!
However, we do ask you to agree to the event’s terms and conditions when you register for the event.
